Classic 'too late' session ..... Got to beach as everyone had packed up, rumours of people being stacked on 6.5m and 100 ltr boards ..... Looked like classic wind shadow on inside so went for the SL Sport 78 and the 7.1m Silver Line.
By time I launched wind had dropped a bit but still enough for some planing action.
Ended up having to slog back upwind as wind eased and tide was pushing east .....
Not a great trial but felt good on the few runs I had .... Should have rigged with bit more downhaul I reckon tho !!
